Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor with hands-on oversight of a 12-20 person maintenance team in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Responsible for supervising multi-craft technicians, overseeing work orders and PM/predictive maintenance schedules, reading blueprints/diagrams, using CMMS for work order generation and documentation, tracking time/attendance, and conducting safety and process training. Collaborates across departments to maximize equipment availability and reliability, responds to emergencies, and ensures safe, efficient execution of maintenance tasks. Proficient in electro-mechanical systems, schematics, PLC/robotics knowledge, and strong organizational/communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Engineering Technology, Electrical Techniques or related subject
- 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment with multiple priorities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings/diagrams
