Maintenance Supervisor

Provide professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with company protocols. Schedule and supervise lane facility personnel, techs, and mechanics. Perform facilities and mechanicals checklists at scheduled times, making repairs as needed for pinsetters, bowling lanes, electrical systems, and the kitchen. Interview, select, train, develop, and evaluate facility and mechanical personnel. Conduct preventative maintenance and repair on-site assets to ensure technical integrity. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. This role supports the continued expansion of the Southeast-based family-owned entertainment center.
