Maintenance Supervisor

Provide professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with company protocols, policies, and procedures. Schedule and supervise mechanics and the clean team, performing building and mechanical checklists at scheduled times to make repairs as needed. Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment throughout the facility, including replacing HVAC filters, and manage relationships with vendors. Interview, train, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure overall technical integrity of the center and all its equipment. Maintain OSHA safety practices and ensure administrative operations align with appropriate laws. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
