Job Summary
Oversee maintenance across properties, supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, and plan/coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Provide hands-on support in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, maintain accurate maintenance records, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize operations to minimize downtime and costs. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to maintain high-quality living environments for residents.
