Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnel; schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed; provide 24-hour response to service requests; schedule and perform preventive maintenance; maintain replacement logs for carpet, vinyl, appliances, and condensing units; maintain MSDS sheets; handle lockouts due to evictions; oversee maintenance of autos, golf carts, tractors, and other machinery; analyze and resolve work problems; lead training of staff; oversee safety and compliance across the property.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred
- Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property; frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
