Maintenance Supervisor - South Austin

Job Summary
Conduct prompt and efficient service calls, manage on-call rotations, and schedule apartment turns within three to five business days. Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs while maintaining common areas, pools, and maintenance shops. Train employees, approve contractor work, and ensure compliance with EPA and Fair Housing requirements. Assist the Property Manager with vendor selection, budget adherence, and weekly community inspections. Maintain accurate logs, order supplies, and implement the Area Assignment Program. Walk move outs to assess repairs and document damages via video. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification, and willingness to work weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Possess effective time management skills

- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
- Ability to lift heavy objects

- Willing to work on-call hours and on weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated into work schedule
- Willing to travel for training and education seminars

Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification preferred
- If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date
