Job Summary
Organize staff meetings and conduct daily community inspections to maintain a clean, OSHA-approved work environment. Direct maintenance operations by assigning tasks, supervising vendors, and managing personnel including hiring and training. Develop and turn the annual budget while implementing cost-cutting strategies and ordering supplies within financial constraints. Oversee emergency response, safety protocols, and incident reporting to ensure resident security and satisfaction. Complete service requests timely and communicate proactively with residents and the Community Manager. Available for weekend and after-hours emergency calls.
