Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor to oversee routine maintenance of equipment and facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; inspect building for damage and perform necessary repairs; maintain records of repairs and service history; develop and execute preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations; handle additional maintenance tasks as needed; on-call rotation nights and weekends; requires EPA certification and at least 2 years of maintenance experience; high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- EPA Certification required
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends (rotation)
- Supervisor experience (preferred)
