Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing property maintenance operations, troubleshooting electrical, drywall, painting, plumbing, and appliance repairs to complete work orders within 24-48 hours. Will delegate tasks to team members, manage budgetary constraints, order supplies, coordinate vendors, and ensure move-in/move-out readiness. Maintains grounds and property curb appeal, conducts inspections and reports, tracks certifications and regulatory requirements (Fair Housing, EPA, HVAC, CPO), coordinates regular team meetings, and provides excellent customer service. Requires ability to lift heavy equipment, work outdoors in variable weather, and respond to on-call emergencies; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed. Must be a team player with initiative and willingness to participate in training and adhere to company policies on equal opportunity employment.
