Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for providing safe, compliant, and reliable maintenance and operational support at terminal level, in line with Shell standards, OE, and regulatory requirements. Handles HSSE leadership, incident response, PTW and risk assessments, supervision of maintenance activities (tanks, jetties, pipelines, electrical systems), coordination with the Terminal Manager, asset integrity and continuity of operations, and contractor/stakeholder management. Requires minimum 5 years in terminal operations with preventive/corrective maintenance, DGAME knowledge, AMS/ER/PTW training, risk assessment familiarity, and a Diploma in Engineering preferred. Includes leadership during emergencies, maintenance planning, CAPEX/OPEX collaboration, and project interfaces; description notes flexible working hours and potential remote/mobile working.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in terminal operations with preventive and corrective maintenance exposure
- Knowledge of DGAME and Shell project execution practices
- Completed FLBM AMS, Emergency Response (ER), and PTW training/certification
- Understanding of risk assessment, JHA, and JMS
- Familiarity with terminal assets and operating environments
- Preferably holds a Diploma in Engineering
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a competency assessment for the role
- Loading Master / Ship Shore experience
- AESP, AGT, Safety Coordinator, or DOE recognized certification
- Experience in contractor and stakeholder management
