Job Summary
Conduct hands-on maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and floor care in residents' apartments. Complete work orders, confirm receipt, and schedule resident repairs within 24 hours. Coordinate corrective and preventative environmental services for grounds and buildings while maintaining logs for generator checks, fire safety, and MSDS sheets. Order supplies, manage inventory, and assist in developing the annual maintenance budget. Supervise outside contractors for landscaping, HVAC, and equipment repairs. Oversee environmental services, security, housekeeping, and laundry operations while ensuring compliance with OSHA and local codes. Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, painting, carpentry, heating, and HVAC systems.
- Must have 2-3 years demonstrated experience within a senior living or multi-family environment.
- Excellent customer service

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
