Job Summary
Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems while ensuring full compliance with IATF16949, ISO14001, and safety regulations. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, oversee spare parts inventory, and coordinate with outside contractors to minimize downtime. Direct hourly mechanics through interviews, training, and performance appraisals while implementing TPM programs and 5S standards across the maintenance department. Conduct root cause analysis on downtime events, perform layered process audits, and report key metrics like MTTR and MTBF. Plan emergency responses and facility contingency actions to maintain a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or Journeyman designation
- Minimum 7 years related work experience
- Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with TPM systems maintaining equipment and facilities and support equipment
- Knowledge of metal stamping
- Knowledge of assembly
- Knowledge of CNC machining
- Knowledge of welding
- Must be a results oriented team player

- Prior experience utilizing AS400 Database software
