Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading the maintenance team on-site in East Longmeadow, MA. Drives preventive maintenance programs using CMMS, analyzes data to improve equipment performance, prioritizes and schedules maintenance tasks, oversees technicians, ensures reliability of facility systems, manages contractor coordination, tracks inspections, and oversees projects to meet schedules and quality standards. Supports troubleshooting of complex equipment, analyzes work-order trends, collaborates with Plant leadership to align maintenance with company goals, provides status reports, and promotes safety and training initiatives. Requires supervisory experience in manufacturing/production environments, familiarity with electrical/mechanical maintenance, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree, Trade School diploma, or equivalent
- Demonstrated supervisory experience supporting Manufacturing/Production operations
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment required
- Demonstrated experience with electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance, including equipment installation
- Prior work experience in a Trades discipline such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.
