Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor needed for Greens at Cascade in Atlanta, GA to lead HVAC-focused maintenance in a residential multi-family community; responsibilities include overseeing HVAC installation, repair, and replacement, motivating and supervising maintenance staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with property management. Requires 2+ years in maintenance supervision, 3+ years in multi-family environments, valid driver’s license, and preferred CPO, HVAC, and EPA certifications; must be authorized to work in the US with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience
- At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience
- Valid Drivers License
- CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the US and you must have reliable transportation
