Job Summary
Oversee daily maintenance operations including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair while driving between multiple properties to transport equipment and supplies. Manage preventative maintenance schedules, conduct regular safety inspections, and coordinate with vendors to review work for quality and cost-effectiveness. Handle residents' work order requests, perform unit turns, and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests within a rotating after-hours on-call schedule. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies while maintaining inventory of tools and supplies. Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel throughout portfolio to keep portfolio of properties well maintained
- Must have reliable transportation
- valid drivers license

- Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in property management or related industry
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be a reliable, motivated, organized professional
- Must be a self-starter who can multitask and achieve high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing work priorities
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- high school diploma or equivalent
