Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for Terracina at Winding Creek (Roseville, CA) responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the apartment community, ensuring a safe living environment for residents and staff, and identifying/correcting property issues. Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, respond to on-call emergencies, and oversee routine tasks such as unit turns, plumbing/electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, cleaning, and glass/screen replacements. Requires supervisory experience, hands-on maintenance skills, strong computer skills (Word/Excel), and a valid driver’s license. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime; on-site apartment housing may be provided. Training, safety, and compliance with company policies and LIHTC-property standards emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance (preferably with apartment maintenance)
- Supervisory experience in maintenance (preferably in an apartment community setting)
- Plumbing and electrical repairs
- Light carpentry
- Glass and screen replacements
- Unit turns
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
