Maintenance Supervisor- River Park Commons

Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and staff, assigning tasks and evaluating daily work order completion. Coordinate service requests, repair appliances and systems, and enforce preventative maintenance schedules. Manage the maintenance budget by ordering supplies and obtaining approval for major expenses. Create and mentor a cohesive team, ensuring all personnel receive safety orientation and training. Monitor permits for pools and elevators, operate equipment safely, and conduct inspections of vacant units during make-ready. Create schedules and remain available for after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies.
