Job Summary
Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conduct failure and root cause analysis, and ensure the shop environment remains safe through compliance inspections and lock-out/tag-out enforcement. Execute service calls and machinery repairs in a timely manner while supporting mechanics with troubleshooting. Ensure equipment and plant operations meet company standards. Full-time, 1st shift (5:30am start, Mon-Fri with some weekends). Starting salary $90,000 plus annual target bonus and $5,000 hiring bonus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
