Job Summary
Manage and delegate resident service requests received via electronic system while overseeing and inspecting work performed by technicians. Schedule on-call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays, and assist with service as needed. Diagnose and assist with routine maintenance or repair involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, roofing, flooring, and structural elements. Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status while managing the maintenance budget and inventory. Keep all safety materials current and ensure compliance with ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA, and HAZCOM regulations. Requires NAA CAMT and EPA Universal Certifications, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance property management
- NAA CAMT certification
- EPA Universal Certification
- CPO certification
- Willingness to earn future designations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience adhering to budgets and managing costs
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating team
- Ability to work with third-party vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Team oriented mindset

- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work rotating on-call including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stoop, stand, climb, and frequently lift a minimum of 50 lbs of equipment
- Ability to safely install rigging/lifting devices
- Ability to lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 30 feet
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
