Job Summary
Supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventative schedules with vendors, and monitor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems while maintaining detailed logs. Complete hands-on tasks including painting, appliance repairs, and groundskeeping, plus diagnose and replace defective equipment components. Perform daily inspections, document issues in logbooks, order repair parts, and negotiate supplier contracts. Available for on-call emergency services, this role requires 8-12 hour shifts and lifting up to 75 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in maintenance
- 1 year experience supervising a team of maintenance technicians
- HVAC/EPA certification
- Must be available to perform on-call emergency services when needed
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, and plumbing
- Ability to remain focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Ability to work 8-12 hour standing shift
