Take regular action to keep guest room and areas fully operable for guest comfort and safety while performing routine facilities and grounds preventive maintenance. Use technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively, responding courteously to guest requests and resolving matters to satisfaction. Complete other tasks as assigned and work various shifts per week. Requires experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel or similar facility, a high school diploma, and general knowledge of carpentry, painting, and electrical fields.
