Job Summary
Lead the maintenance function by ensuring preventive maintenance of physical plant and operating equipment, conducting electrical troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime to maximize production capacity. Direct team work, oversee personnel decisions including hiring and disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Continuously improve manufacturing processes to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce scrap, and optimize equipment reliability while documenting SOPs and best practices. Coordinate new equipment installations, work with production on efficiency modifications, and prepare reports to satisfy regulatory standards. Maintain a knowledge base of facility utilities and investigate root causes of non-compliance to drive accident reduction and energy minimization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Word
- Proficient in SAP
- Proficient in Power Point
- Proven Leadership experience in a Production environment
- Strong team player who can work across multiple functions

- Troubleshooting – Skilled in resolving process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and waste
- Documentation Skills – Accurately record production data and maintain organized records
- Safety and Compliance – Ensure OSHA, environmental, and corporate compliance. Timely and accurate completion of monthly Alchemy training
- Communication Skills – Communicate effectively with direct reports and all levels of the organization. Collaborates to ensure smooth workflow. Follows equipment down-time escalation process
- Decision Making & Judgment – Make informed decisions with sometimes limited data, learning from outcomes

- Weekdays, weekends, afternoon, evenings, overnight and holidays may be required
- Floor Presence Expectation: minimum of 65%
