Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations by leading a team of technicians, coordinating work orders, and troubleshooting complex issues. Ensure the property remains safe and efficient while managing vendor relationships, projects, and budget inventory. Deliver exceptional resident service by resolving maintenance concerns and supporting preventive maintenance schedules. Requires 3+ years of multifamily experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Valid driver's license and EPA certification preferred. Schedule includes 8-5 M-F with occasional evening and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 8-5 M-F occasional evening and weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Certification preferred
- Experience with maintenance management software and mobile technology
