Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for directing the day-to-day supervision, motivation, and training of mechanical personnel in the Raw Sugar Dock area, planning and scheduling maintenance work, ensuring GMP and safety policy compliance, and maintaining reliability of refinery systems. Must coach and train employees in a team-based environment, interpret vibration and oil analysis reports, and maintain inventories and CMMS use (SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle). Strong communication skills, planning acumen, and ability to work with outside contractors and storeroom personnel are essential. Experience with 5S, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement in industrial food processing or refinery settings is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years supervisory experience on a maintenance team in similar refinery or manufacturing operation required.
