Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team at a multifamily property. Responsibilities include inspecting properties and addressing maintenance needs, following up on service requests, completing work orders on priority, coordinating make-ready inspections, maintaining property grounds and common areas, overseeing preventative maintenance, and upholding safety policies. The role requires supervising and motivating maintenance staff, providing training under guidance from the Property Manager, and delivering professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Strong verbal/written communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines are essential. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends; valid US work authorization. EPA HVAC/CAMT certification and experience with Lease-up, Class A/high-rise properties are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- EPA HVAC/CAMT certified
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Class A and High rise experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
