Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at Crest at Arden Village. Responsibilities include overseeing hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff; performing property inspections and addressing maintenance needs; following up on service requests; completing work orders promptly; coordinating make-ready processes; maintaining property grounds to company standards; enforcing safety policies; and delivering professional communication with residents, staff, and vendors. Requires strong organization, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines, with demonstrated maintenance/leadership capabilities and a valid driver’s license. EPA HVAC certification and U.S. work authorization are required.
Required Qualifications

- EPA HVAC certified required
- Valid Driver’s license is required
