Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at Villas at Westchase (RAM Partners, LLC) directs the maintenance team to uphold property integrity. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, performing property inspections, coordinating make-ready processes, completing and prioritizing work orders, maintaining grounds and shop organization, enforcing safety policies, and delivering professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus), valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, strong verbal/written communication, basic MS Office skills, multitasking ability, weekend flexibility, and legal US work authorization. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license

- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
