Job Summary
Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager. Perform inspections of properties and address maintenance needs, while following up on service requests and completing work orders based on priority. Coordinate the make-ready process and maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards. Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized, adhering to all safety policies. Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally. Maintain a valid driver's license and EPA HVAC certification. Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- EPA HVAC certified
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
