Job Summary
Support hiring, training, and supervising the maintenance staff while guiding them on property integrity and inspections. Perform property inspections to address maintenance needs, follow up on service requests, and complete work orders based on priority. Coordinate make ready processes, maintain grounds and common areas, and keep the shop organized. Adhere to all safety policies and demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff, and vendors. Requires EPA HVAC certification, valid driver's license, and ability to work flexible weekends. Competitive hourly pay with sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- EPA HVAC certification
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
