Job Summary
Lead and supervise maintenance staff at Reserve Johnson City property; perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs, follow up on service requests, and complete work orders in a timely manner. Coordinate make-ready processes, maintain property grounds and common areas, uphold safety policies, and provide professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Maintain a clean, well-organized shop and work areas; demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA HVAC certification, valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends; legal authorization to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s license
- EPA HVAC certified
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
