Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and systems to maximize availability and production yield. Perform equipment failure analysis, drive upgrades and process improvements, and develop technical documentation to support reliable operations. Analyze potential solutions using judgment and precedents, considering future implications beyond immediate problems. Provide guidance to technicians or junior team members while independently managing project initiation, planning, and execution with minimal to moderate supervision. Manage cross-functional collaboration, process stability validation, and risk identification within a global leader in advanced electronics and high-tech industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in non-standard automation production line projects
- Familiar with MES or other related manufacture system
- Excellent skills in cost control (spare parts, energies and manpower)
- Proficient in manipulators, industrial robots, and vision systems
- Strong programming capabilities in related software
- Skilled in electrical system design
- Skilled in cost estimation
- Skilled in team management
- Skilled in project coordination
- Capable of independently managing project initiation
- Capable of independently managing planning
- Capable of independently managing execution
- Capable of independently managing production ramp-up implementation
- Following up process stability validation
- Leading cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrating strong communication skills
- Demonstrating strong risk identification skills
