Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise at least one Maintenance Technician, delegating tasks and providing training while overseeing service requests to ensure safety standards are met. Manage the "make-ready" process for vacant units, including inspections and vendor coordination, and maintain cleanliness of grounds, amenities, and common areas. Inspect contractor and vendor work to ensure quality standards, order supplies, and track inventory of parts within budget. Respond promptly to resident inquiries, conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance, and assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep. Provide updates on maintenance activities and budget adherence, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Perform all other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential maintenance experience
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams and managing industrial maintenance operations
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including familiarity with high and low voltage systems
- Proficient in using CMMS for maintenance management and scheduling
- Experience with HVAC systems and programmable logic controllers
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to read and interpret schematics
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC or EPA Universal certificate preferred
