Maintenance Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, coordinate a skilled team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance of critical manufacturing equipment. Promote preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance. Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to maximize equipment uptime, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high manufacturing standards. Lead a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years managing a maintenance shop or team; advanced degree plus 3 years or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in industrial maintenance with 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred. Proficiency in GMP environments, mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/automation systems, CMMS, reading technical drawings, LOTO and other safety protocols, TPM/5S, project management, regulatory documentation, and strong communication; ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
