Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor overseeing skilled trades in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, and grounds. Responsibilities include directing painting projects, performing structural repairs (masonry, woodwork, furnishings), maintaining building utility systems (electrical, heating, ventilation), supervising installation and servicing of mechanical equipment, inspecting work for conformance to blueprints and standards, preparing work schedules and assigning tasks, enforcing company policy, solving work problems, supervising projects for new construction or modifications, maintaining production equipment and minimizing downtime, establishing preventive maintenance programs, and administering training. May direct ground maintenance and custodial services. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of directly related experience, and poultry processing environment experience. Flexible hours/shifts. EO E including disability/vets.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience
- must have experience in a poultry processing environment
- ability to work flexible hours/shifts as needed
