Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Perform ongoing preventative maintenance of the facility building, equipment, and grounds while troubleshooting problems as they arise. Ensure maintenance services are available for emergency needs outside regular hours by performing tasks independently or utilizing approved licensed vendors. Assist residents with moving and minor repairs while adhering to safety procedures, infection control measures, and self-supervising priorities. This role supports Brenwood Park Assisted Living, a Pennant Group subsidiary operating in six Western states, where the team focuses on day-to-day care and business issues within independent facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in building maintenance
- Prior experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of plumbing, including but not limited to design/mechanics of commodes, plumbing fixtures, drains, discharge lines, hot water heaters, dishwashers, ice machines, etc.
- Knowledge of HVAC, including but not limited to general principles of HVAC and heat pump operation/mechanics, and refrigeration
- Knowledge of electricity, including but not limited to wiring, voltage, amperage
- Knowledge of mechanics, including but not limited to design/operation of engines
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record with no major violations
