Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise maintenance teams for an apartment community, performing 60-70% hands-on repairs while managing service requests, preventative maintenance, safety/compliance, and vendor coordination. Oversee inspections, curb appeal, energy-saving initiatives, inventory, and turn events; ensure responsive customer service aligned with Peak Simply Service Standards. Requires knowledge of local/state codes for permitting, sign ordinances, pool regulations, OSHA guidelines, and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, roofing, painting, landscaping, irrigation, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required
- EPA certification Type II Required
- CPO preferred
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required
