Maintenance Supervisor- Parkway Grand

Own your role at the property by serving residents with great customer service and responding timely to service requests. Complete resident and property service requests covering HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, and minor carpentry. Participate in preventative maintenance including pool care, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections. Maintain a positive demeanor, clean work areas, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property. EPA or CPO certification and a valid driver's license are required.
