Maintenance Supervisor - Park 16

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned community(s), provide leadership to the maintenance team, interview, hire, train and retain staff, manage and complete work orders and make-ready apartment homes (painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, repairs), schedule and supervise vendors, maintain safety records and SDS, conduct inspections (PMIs, pre/move-out), manage inventory and budgets, ensure resident satisfaction, respond to after-hours emergencies, enforce O&M procedures, and collaborate with HR and leadership to drive housing quality. Requires 3+ years maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and property software (Yardi) and a valid driver's license. Certifications such as CPO/CAMT are preferred. High school education or equivalent is required.
