Job Summary
Oversee onsite maintenance teams and manage staffing schedules to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage while delivering quality services to residents. Provide leadership and training to new staff, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and handle plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and electrical repairs. Complete required inspections, manage apartment turnover, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety protocols. Must live within 30 minutes of the property, hold a valid driver's license, and possess 1-3 years of leadership experience in multi-family maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- A strong working knowledge of all aspects of multi-family property maintenance
- HVAC experience and certification or willingness to obtain
- Proven experience managing staff and multiple projects
- Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays in an emergency situation
- Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
