Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor on the off shift at ZF Marysville, leading a team of up to 14 direct reports, coordinating internal staff and external contractors to maintain a wide range of equipment (machining, Fanuc robotics, hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical systems) and ensure safe, compliant operations. Responsibilities include supervising work, managing safety and quality, planning and ordering parts, overseeing preventative maintenance and equipment buyoffs, tracking hours and records, resolving personnel issues, meeting KPIs, and handling overtime to support production demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related maintenance or technical experience
- Knowledge of installing, inspecting, and repairing machining, grinding, heat treating, and assembly automation equipment, including Fanuc robotic systems
- Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, conveyor, and other pressure/force based systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and robotic equipment while performing effectively under real time production demands
- Strong ability to interpret complex written and verbal instructions, with thorough knowledge of occupational hazards, safety protocols, and MIOSHA requirements
- Capability to manage inventories and supplies cost effectively while handling multiple priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
