Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing a broad range of facilities and mechanical maintenance tasks. Performs hands-on maintenance including plumbing, painting, electrical work, HVAC, medical equipment support, ice machines, and various facility systems. Oversees one Assistant, with Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and some on-call weekends. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds and to be on feet for the majority of the day. Working knowledge of Life Safety Codes is a plus.
