Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor at The Gallery Apartments in Springville, UT. Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turns; coordinate maintenance activities for the property and assist neighboring NXT communities about two days per week. Responsibilities include responding to resident service requests, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and building maintenance issues, conducting property inspections, maintaining curb appeal through light groundskeeping, ensuring safety and policy compliance, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with a team. Requires strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills, ability to read/write English, and independent work ethic; prior supervisory or multifamily housing experience preferred. Travel between NXT communities as needed.
