Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at NXT Property Management overseeing maintenance technicians and property operations at Riverwell Townhomes and Valora Apartments. Responsible for supervising a maintenance team, monitoring daily property needs, and maintaining the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure high living standards. Includes light groundskeeping and ensuring timely repairs in plumbing, electrical, walls, and appliances. Requires hands-on leadership with 6+ months of maintenance and supervisor experience, proficient English communication, and basic computer skills. Competitive pay of $24-$25/hour with bonus potential, plus health/dental/vision/Life, HSA with employer contributions, PTO and paid vacation, and a 401K with 4% employer match.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of maintenance experience

- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
