Job Summary
Oversee and supervise maintenance staff across Nolan Living communities; manage make-readies, inventory, purchasing, and on-call emergencies; mentor crew; perform hands-on maintenance and repairs; ensure safety and timely completion of work orders and documentation; engage in budgeting and log-keeping, while delivering strong customer service to residents and team members
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of maintenance experience
- HVAC certification- Type 2 or EPA Universal
- Experience troubleshooting HVAC and full install
- Experience with rooftop HVAC with roof hatches for access
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, construction, and safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Personal cell phone required for on-call availability
