Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor, Nights at Refresco Beverages US, Inc. leads the maintenance function to ensure preventive maintenance of the plant and equipment, performs electrical troubleshooting, minimizes downtime, and maintains compliance with OHSA and environmental regulations. Shift is Wednesday–Saturday, 4pm–4am, on-site in Tempe, AZ. Responsibilities include directing staff, making personnel decisions, improving manufacturing processes, coordinating installation of new equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards (SQF), maintaining environmental compliance, documenting SOPs, preparing regulatory reports, and sustaining asset utilization. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (undergraduate degree preferred) and 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, with leadership capability and strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility
- Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint
- Proven Leadership experience in a Production environment
- Strong team player who can work across multiple functions
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented
- Able to work under deadline pressures
