Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of skilled trades professionals on the night shift, overseeing maintenance and production tasks. Manage and monitor the ticketing system to ensure timely completion of maintenance work, drive preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed shift reports on equipment status and downtime, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Preferred background includes experience in the automotive industry, and familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems, PLC and/or robotics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of recent experience in maintenance or production supervision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work the night shift long-term.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
