Job Summary
Collaborate with leadership to establish crew conduct codes, assign work requests via the Hippo system, and identify critical skills for employees. Maintain an organized spare parts warehouse, track equipment downtime, and coordinate work plans with diagnosticians for machine downtime events. Ensure job sites remain clean, free from hazards, and compliant with safety and quality policies while promoting a safe working environment. Manage daily activities according to the night shift schedule, which includes Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 3:30am and Saturday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Technical School or formal apprenticeship
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance related fields
- Ability to work with and manage people
- Ability to effectively communicate with the crew members
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills and software (MS Office Suite, etc)
- Working knowledge of basic Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical aptitudes
- Working knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work
- Ability to understand, follow, and communicate written and oral instructions
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 95 per cent of the shift
- Ability to work in conditions below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees on occasion
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
