Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure production equipment, machinery, and facilities function reliably and safely. Monitor workers responsible for maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment while overseeing outside contractors performing installations. Review and approve preventative maintenance documents, schedule activities, and manage the maintenance department to keep lines running at high efficiency. Assist with root cause analysis of equipment failures, implement fixes, and resolve work problems. Hire, train, coach, and review performance of employees, including handling discipline issues and recruitment. Enforce safety requirements, oversee safety team activities, and build a positive work environment. Develop capital equipment justifications and recommend measures to improve production methods and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in Position
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Required to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field/vocational studies
