Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment; manages maintenance department and engineers a world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance team to keep production lines running at high efficiency, ensure safety, and maintain proper stock of parts. Responsibilities include scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, root cause analysis of equipment failures, overseeing outside contractors, coaching and evaluating staff, collaborating with HR on recruitment and discipline, and driving improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in Position
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Required to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
