Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and/or renovation including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must supply and maintain basic hand and power tools
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and smartphone applications
- Ability to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification
- HVAC repair experience
- Technical, vocational, or trade school training
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50-lbs
